The pain was hellish, I was ready to climb the wall, I could not sleep. In general, pain to the point of tears. But it quickly passed and is no longer remembered.

The second disadvantage, which I firmly put, is the duration of the effect. Initially, the doctor warned me that it lasts differently for everyone. Some have a year or two, others five or even more.

It's been 3 and a half years now, and my teeth are almost back to their previous appearance. It’s not that my teeth are whiter compared to others, but there’s almost no effect. And I definitely see the yellowness. Of course, I myself am partly to blame, I drink coffee every day and several times. By the way, immediately after the procedure you can’t do anything coloring for about a week. I could barely last without coffee) And so I returned to its constant consumption without thinking and taking it for granted. I should at least brush my teeth not only in the morning, but also in the evening, but I didn’t do that because of laziness. In general, I myself reduced the duration of the procedure))

There was definitely no harm from one procedure. Although a lot still depends on the doctor and the clinic you go to. I was lucky, everything went well, and I was happy with the result!
